Could someone please write a more positive letter? I seem to get these emails every month.
I shouldn't be made to feel guilty about having money in my account, most of which was returned to me over a long period where there were no guarantees which could be made. How about accenting the positive by sending profiles of someone requiring the money, and pointing out I can fund from my credits?

Te new wording is exactly what I thought was needed. It is now much better but still has the same message - spend the money. Just having a few problems signing in from my new country at the moment.
