Hi James,

We are still at a very stage and supporting entrepreneurs to start microfinance institutions is beyond our capability. I do not see that being a focus area for us in the foreseeable future as well.

You could perhaps get involved with local MFIs in Kenya such as Jamii Bora. The are doing good work in Kenya.'

Best Regards
Bhalchander

Hi James

I am afraid that I am in even less of a position to partner with you that United Prosperity currently is. However, perhaps if you contact the following organisation in Kenya (http://www.kmet.co.ke/) you might find that your and their goals are aligned.

I hope that once United Prosperity is well established, it will be in a position to reach out beyond India, and Africa would be one place they might focus on then - I would fully support that.

In the meantime, I am afraid we need to take it one step at a time and United Prosperity, which is the organisation we are trying to support here, will have to learn to walk before it can run.
